The Family Managed Resource Centre provides information and resources to families who opt in to the Family Managed Service Delivery Model for their loved one with a disability. Family Managed Services (FMS) allows for an individual with a disability, their family, or a person close to the individual with a disability to manage the delivery of services by hiring staff directly.

The Inclusion Support Worker Resume Database grants families access to view your resume as a potential Inclusion Support Worker.

By agreeing to have your resume added, you are allowing Inclusion Lethbridge to include your resume to the database and to share it with families. We will hold your resume for 6 months, after that length of time, we will contact you again, to see if you want your resume to be removed to or stay in the database.
